The World Elephant Day webinar, organised by the Wildlife of Africa Conservation Initiative (WACI) in partnership with the National Park Service Headquarters, took place on 12th August 2024 from 12 noon to 2:47 pm. The event aimed to raise awareness about elephant conservation and discuss strategies to protect these endangered species, gathering experts, conservationists, and participants from various fields committed to elephant preservation
