By volunteering with Wildlife of Africa Conservation Initiative, you agree to uphold our values and mission. Please read these terms carefully. By completing the application form, you legally agree to these terms.

2. Volunteer Role

You agree to perform the tasks assigned to you, including but not limited to conservation, education, community engagement, research, advocacy, and wildlife rescue. Roles are unpaid, and no employment relationship is established.

3. Conduct and Loyalty

Volunteers must act with professionalism and loyalty to Wildlife Africa. You are prohibited from using any information or data acquired during your volunteering for personal activities without explicit authorization. Breach of this condition may result in legal action.

4. Confidentiality

You must maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information during and after your volunteer service. Unauthorized use of confidential information is prohibited.

5. Health and Safety

You must follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the organization. Please disclose any medical conditions that might affect your volunteer duties.

6. Time Commitment and Participation

You agree to commit the time necessary for your volunteer role. If unable to fulfill your commitment, notify the organization promptly. Volunteers will participate in various general tasks and operations, contributing to our broad range of activities including educational, conservation, and research initiatives.

7. Media Consent

By volunteering, you consent to the use of your image, voice, and written statements in promotional materials.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the volunteer relationship at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all organizational property must be returned.

9. Collaboration and Development

Volunteers are encouraged to discuss ideas with the founder or relevant team members. If approved, these ideas may be developed further, with the organization seeking funding for implementation where applicable.
